Accommodation
Espaanglisch House
WindAid partners with local nonprofit Espaanglisch to provide participants with accommodation. Participants will stay in a dorm room with access to a shared kitchen, shared living room, hot water, wifi, and washing machine.
The Espaanglisch House is located in the El Recreo neighborhood off of Avenida Costa Rica in Trujillo. It is about an 18 minute walk or 7 minute taxi from the Plaza de Armas, the city center, and about a 25 minute walk or 8 minute taxi to the workshop at Universidad Nacional de Trujillo.
Espaanglisch organizes weekly activities for its guests and members such as football, basketball, potlucks, sand boarding, hiking, nightlife, and cultural exchanges.
